Last night we celebrated our Club’s 2018 Thanksgiving Pot Luck Dinner. We had Forty-Three (43) people in attendence. The usual crew arrived early to set up and decorate the tables. We were missing Johnnie, who is still in Tennessee, so we were not able to use her festive Thanksgiving decorations. All our friends started arriving at 5:00 pm to socialize and welcome new members some of our returning snow birds. Plenty of wonderful looking food came as well. Thanks go out to John/Barb Fortini, Phil Wade and Barb Rush for cooking the turkeys. Tom Carbonell brought a delicious spiral ham. Bill Boyes won the 50/50. We all enjoyed a scrumptious dinner with desserts, then cleared away the tables and cleaned up the kitchen. This was followed by the usual challenging game of Bunco played by nineteen (19) enthusiastic gamers. Hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday. We will see you back again for our Christmas Pot Luck dinner next month. Don’t forget to sign up for it in the cue house. Ciao!
