Ok, so through a technicality, I must apologize to Rex and all others.  I placed the ND09 in the order of numbers not when it was played, therefore Rex did not qualify until January 2023, so he will be induced into the ND Hall of Fame at the Masters 2024 Tournament/Banquet.
