I’m writing to remind players that registration for the tournament at Deland begins today (Sunday) and continues through Tuesday but I also want to ask a favor from anyone who plans on coming.  Even though once eight teams are registered and it is not required for additional players to register, would you please send an email to ndsb@protonmail.com and register anyway!?  Would you also please pass this request onto members of your club who may not be on the distribution list of this letter?  I’m asking people to do this so that I may know approximately how many players to  expect.
