News from Bob Finta

Bob reports he is making progress after his heart procedure last March. “Slow but steady” in his words. The Fintas plan on going north on Memorial Day weekend.

Bob also says construction on Flagler makes it a very busy place. There will be lots of traffic when the hotel is finished. Court activity has dropped off following the flight of the snowbirds – Only one or two courts playing in the mornings.

Cheers,

Bob Finta – feeling much better

Bob Finta sent me an email saying he is feeling much better now. We all hope he will bounce back from his heart operation to 100% of his former very mobile self, including playing and teaching shufflboard, and enjoying life to the fullest.
Cheers, Bill Boyes

During the preceding shuffleboard year (October 1st to March 15) tournament players gained “masters points” (see http://www.fsanor-shuffleboard.us/statistic’s.htm) by placing in various tournaments. *Master points won during the year, and Masters Tournament game points won during a mansters tournament expire immediately at the end of the Masters Tournament. everyone starts fresh the next season.
