The Coronado-Shuffleboard Club hosted the State Amateur TOC on 3/30/26. Chris Inga was our director. Coronado-Mainland SBC and Joe and Chris Inga were our sponsors. Thanks to all the Coronado-Mainland Volunteers who made this tournament a success!

Dear Northern District Shuffleboarders,
This past Monday, the Northern District hosted the State FSA Tournament of
Champions. The professional division took place in Hawthorne, while the
amateur division was held in Coronado/Mainland. Throughout the event, the
Northern District stood out and performed admirably.
I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude and unwavering support for the
Northern District’s amateurs, especially those who participated in the State
Amateur Tournament of Champions. In total, 25 men and 14 women competed in
the tournament, with 17 men and 9 women representing the Northern District.
Despite initial concerns from the State FSA about low participation, I remained
confident that more than 20 Northern District amateurs would join, and that
confidence was justified. The event was enjoyable for all, and Chris Inga did an
outstanding job directing her first state tournament.
Thank you all for your dedication to fostering sportsmanship, camaraderie, and
excellence within our shuffleboard community. Your efforts are truly appreciated,
and I look forward to witnessing the continued growth and success of our
community in the coming years.
