The Deland Shuffleboard Club sponsored the Northern District Tournament of Champions on March 7 and 8. The courts were in wonderful condition and the weather was great. Rod Lewis and Richie Burrell were the directors. The sponsors were: the Sanborn Center, Deland Shuffleboard Cub, Mid-Florida Lakes SBC, Florida Orthopedic Association, Ankle & Foot Sports Medicine Institute, Chick-fil-A, Joe and Chris Inga and Rod and Donna Lewis. The Deland Shuffleboard Club also presented each winner in their category with a Commemorative Gold Disc. Congratulations to all our shufflers.
